The Jewish Screen Office is a grassroots collective supporting Jewish professionals in Canadian media and advocating for safe, respectful, and inclusive creative environments.
The Jewish Screen Office (JSO) was founded to foster greater visibility, understanding, and allyship for Jewish voices in Canada’s screen industries. It exists to support creators, organizations, and industry partners in building environments where Jewish professionals feel seen, understood, and included.
As part of this mission, the JSO offers a dedicated resource for HR teams and employers through its Statement of Principles for Jewish Inclusion: a practical guide intended to help organizations strengthen cultural competency, adopt inclusive practices, and create workplaces where Jewish staff and collaborators feel safe, respected, and fully supported.
